Our Returns Promise

We accept returns or exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order, provided the items are:

  • In original, unused condition with all tags attached
  • In their original packaging with all accessories included
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Please note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on eco-friendly luggage items that have been used or show signs of wear. All 3pc/4pc/5pc sets must be returned complete.

How to Initiate a Return

Follow these simple steps to process your return:

  2. Complete the return request form (template provided below)
  3. Wait for approval – we’ll respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions
  4. Package your item securely using the original packaging if possible
  5. Ship your return to our Liverpool address using a trackable service

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Processing time: 3-5 business days after receipt
  • Refund method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal)
  • Timing: Allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account

Note that shipping charges are non-refundable for changed-mind returns.

Exchange Process

For exchanges:

  1. Follow the standard return process
  2. Clearly indicate your desired replacement item in your return request
  3. We’ll ship your new item once the return is received and approved
  4. Any price differences will be charged/refunded accordingly
