Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Standard Shipping (£12.95):
– Carrier: DHL or FedEx
– Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
– Available for all orders

Free Shipping:
– Carrier: EMS
– Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
– Available for orders over £50

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and customs processing. We cannot ship to certain remote areas and parts of Asia.

Our Hassle-Free Returns Policy

Returns Eligibility

We accept returns or exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order, provided:

  • Items are in original, unused condition with all tags attached
  • Original packaging and all accessories are included
  • Proof of purchase is provided

Important Exceptions:

  • For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on eco-friendly luggage items that have been used or show signs of wear
  • All 3pc/4pc/5pc sets must be returned complete (partial returns not accepted)

How to Return an Item

  3. Wait for approval – we’ll respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions
  4. Package your item securely using the original packaging if possible
  5. Ship your return to our Liverpool address using a trackable service

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Timing: Allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account

Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable for changed-mind returns.
